Director of Finance at Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS)
Arjun is Director of Finance at Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS). At Banro Arjun has gained both local and international experience as he oversees strategic and corporate development activities in the Toronto head office as well as reporting groups in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Oman and Turkey. Recently, Arjun was posted in the Democratic Republic of Congo to oversee mine activity within the field and liaise with local investors and regulators. Prior to Banro, Arjun was a senior associate at Ernst & Young servicing a wide range of clients in the mining, retail and finance sectors.
Arjun is a passionate entrepreneur having started multiple businesses in the career industry. His most recent start-up, Y-eye Inc., is being developed to allow professionals of all kinds to brand themselves at y-eye.com. This site and app will allow members to pitch themselves and their ideas via short-length videos to potential employers, venture capitalists and angel investors.
Arjun holds a Bachelor of Administration (Honors in Accounting) from York University and is a Chartered Accountant with accreditation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. Volunteering is very important to Arjun and he frequently conducts accounting seminars in local churches within the Greater Toronto Area. In his free time, Arjun loves to play tennis and squash, travel, and is an avid reader of American history biographies.

Bob, Vancouver born, raised & educated, was active outdoors: Cub, Sea Scout, Queen’s Scout, Kibbutz Degania Aleph volunteer and a Canadian Crossroads’ volunteer in the Philippines. He travelled extensively to 35 countries & upon finishing his UBC BASc, Chem Eng & MBA, Marketing began his marketing career with General Foods in Toronto.
Over the next 20 years he held progressively more responsible positions with GF & other sophisticated packaged goods companies in Canada: Ralston Purina, PepsiCo Food Service International (Pizza Hut & Taco Bell), Hunt-Wesson and worked as a Senior Management consultant before becoming the TTC’s first Chief Marketing Officer.
A Staff member of the TTC Commission (Board), he also served on the CNE Association & Tourism Toronto Board and was later appointed by Toronto City Council to the Boards of the Toronto Parking Authority & Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
To further his Director knowledge he joined the ICD, Institute of Corporate Directors, completed its ICD/Rotman Directors Education Program and received his ICD.D—Institute Certified Director designation in 2011; then completed the Ivey Leadership Program at the University of Western Ontario.
Bob, a lifelong cyclist, is presently Chair of the Board of Cycle Toronto.
Litigation Lawyer at DLA Piper (Canada) LLP
Brendan Clancy is a litigation lawyer at a leading Canadian law firm. He maintains a broad practice that includes everything from commercial leasing disputes, to shareholder battles and employment matters. He is also regularly involved in pro bono initiatives.
Prior to his career as a lawyer, Brendan was an engineering officer in the Canadian Forces. He served throughout Canada and on two overseas missions, earning the Force Commander’s Commendation on the first of these missions, and the Chief of Defence Staff Commendation on the second.
Brendan and his wife, Laura, enjoy being outdoors, running obstacle courses, and watching movies together.
Vice President, Head of Global Rewards TMX Group
Harold is currently Vice President, Head of Global Rewards at TMX group where he is responsible for all aspects of total rewards, supporting senior management and the Human Resources Committee of the Board.
Harold is a results-driven and hands-on senior Human Resources leader with progressive experience designing and implementing broad-based and executive Total Rewards programs at large, global industry leaders including Manulife Financial and Bank of Montreal. Harold is well known as a passionate subject matter expert with a collaborative, progressive and pragmatic approach and is exemplary at balancing strategy with execution.
Harold holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Toronto with ongoing professional development at the Directors College, INSEAD, Rotman School of Management and Schulich School of Business. Harold also serves on the Advisory Board for the Greater Toronto Rewards Association and the Compensation Research Centre of the Conference Board of Canada.
Harold is a “foodie” at heart and enjoys preparing his creations for family and friends. Harold recently auditioned for the inaugural season of “MasterChef Canada”.
Executive Director at Career Skills Incubator
Victoria founded CSCI after graduating and noticing most of her class didn’t have jobs. She brings a focus on environmental sustainability from her experience working at many organizations including the federal government, Imperial Oil Resources, Sustainable Waterloo Region, and Sustainalytics.
When not wearing all of the hats required as ED of Career Skills Incubator, Victoria loves swimming, learning languages, and exploring Toronto.
