41 Hour Challenge, Inter-Gen Mentorship, Menteer Dev, etc. etc.
The 41 Hour Challenge was a pilot program for folks who are un(der)employed and interested in exploring careers that are driven by a passion for social good, harnessed through the action of the non-profit/charity sector. Through developing partnerships with non-profit organisations that want to make a difference, we devised a strategy to create meaningful, tailored, volunteer opportunities. These aimed to strengthen the skills, networks and knowledge of participants, while supporting the success of various organizations within the CSI family.
Participants were chosen through a rigorous selection process, where they were then matched with an organization that best fits their skills, experience and goals. Once matched, each participant would take part in their short-term, intensive 41-Hour Challenge journey.
